Ok so i can not get my Kids into a school in HK - They are half way through GCSE and A level in UK and NO one will take them (even if I did have the 2m Debenture for some). But when we came to HK they got Id's, they expired the day they arrived home. (1 year) I have been told by immigration they can not be renewed unless the Kids are in HK for the whole process - up to 8 weeks.
But they have to get back to school!
Do I leave it until they are home in August or do I go in and beg -even though they will be gone in a week????
Advice anyone please?

Contact a lawyer and see if thety can do anything. Immigration will respond quicker that way.
