Help setting up new TV

I just bought a new Samsung 26" flat screen TV and followed all the basic instructions but am not happy with picture clarity and colours. Any recommendations to contact someone who knows how to set things up for the best picture quality.

Have you tried the picture quality menus?


Compared to what do you think the quality is low? I mean, TV channels picture quality here is pretty low anyhow, unless maybe if you get HD channels.
