I'm a mother of 3 and I'm keen to get back into the workforce. I have moved around 3 countries with my husbands job. We are currently located in Singapore. Need some advice on how to get back into the workforce. I trained as a jeweller and designer. Don't want to commit to a full time job, would like flexibility but still make some money (i know it sounds unreasonable).

Hi, there's a great website you can start selling your jewellery. Go on www.etsy.com. It gives you flexibility to work from home and yet earn a bit of pocket money for yourself. I think a lot of moms go through this phase in life and not being "valued". Perhaps you could also work as an Assistant Teacher at one of your kid's schools. This means that your working hours will be suited to your children's time at school.
