Technology only makes us lonelier if we want it to.


I feel that technology can bring us closer. Our kids would not be able to video call grandma once or twice a week without technology.


There were plenty of people 50 years ago who spent every waking hour in the office. No need for a Blackberry.

But technology has led to a more sedentary lifestyle for many of us.


Think of the mail room boy, who used to run around the building delivering and collecting mail. He is now unemployed, and stuck at home watching Oprah.
