IPhone 4 with Netvigator mail not going out

I have an Iphone 4 since this summer and since about a month without having changed any settings I cannot send mail from my Netvigator account from Iphone anymore. Get a pop up window saying Pop.mail.netvigator server not found, or "server rejected the recipient address" though I know they are correct. If I send the email from my me.com account on the same Iphone it works fine.

Settings have not been changed so I expect the problem doe snot come from this. Checked on internet and they are a number of suggestions but wonder if anyone here has tips before I head off to the 3 shop to find a tech geek!

Netvigator email is notorious for timing out and doing weird stuff like this. Poor quality mail service.


My reommendation is not to use it. Just use your me.om account.

Agree! The problem is it is our family email listed with all sort of things, schools etc... So unfortunately cannot part from it now... Only option s t get it to work which I do hope given it is a paying service should be possible...

There is probably a function to forward all emails received in Netvigator mail to another address. Most mail systems offer this. Log in to the web interface and check.


I wouldn't hold my breath about it ever working properly.
