Hi,
We are looking for low bugdet rental flat or miniflat. Can any one suggest particular area? I have been told about Tseun Wan, Tin Shui Wai and to kwa wan. I am more interested in out skurts like Tsuen Wan, Any Idea what is the cheapest I should expect?

Those are all good areas to look. I would add Tai Koo.
Tsuen Wan may be further from town but it is still urbanized. Doesn't have a "suburb" feel to it in my opinion.

Do you have a relocation company? They should be able to help you. As well, here are a few links to local property agencies. You should be able to contact a few agents directly to pose your questions as well as check out the rental listings and neighbourhoods. Do check classifieds, property on Asiaxap website as well.
