Hello,
I am thinking about using IPL to permanently remove hairs on my upper-lip.
Does anyone have experience with this? If so, do the hairs really stay away for good? Is it painful?
I have very fair skin tone and have light blond hair on my upper lip. Will it work for me?

For ple skin tone, IPL is suitable. However, I have not experienced removal of hairs. It should not be called "painful" perhaps "uncomfortable" only for removal.
Suggest that you call a professional aesthetician to ask for further advice.

Well, regarding the proposing: I am giving him until the end of this year to propose to me. I know that we will be more financially stable within the next months, so that cant be an excuse anymore for him I recon. If he doesn't propose within the year, then I believe that -sadly- we are not on the same level unfortunately in terms of life goals and future prospects.

Hey Sammy, I would recommend you the beauty salon that I went to! It’s Spa BPZ in Central~ Had tried their upper hair IPL removal, and it works really well for me! It took about 5 times for permanent hair removal~ And they have a promotion on Twangoo at the moment, so maybe you could call SPA BPZ to ask for any info you want to know about their treatment first, and if you think it’s suitable for you, u could buy that coupon, it’s a lot cheaper than the original price!

Do be aware that IPL can permanently injure you and leave hideous scars. The spas always deny it is possible, this is lies, they said that about Thermage,now they admit ppl have been seriously disfigured. some ppl have used Ipl and lost all the volume in the face, even suffered nerve damage. there is a forum, IPL and Laser Damage Support. Hundreds of horror stories. For hair, it's a big risk, when u could just run a razor over it.
