Can anyone tell me where to get eyelashes and eyebrows dyed? Have pale brows and lashes and have had this service done when overseas but found it hard to find someone in HK. Would be great if someone had a personal recommendation.

Ya you are right! it's difficult to find a good place for tinting . I had also blond facial hair that's why i need tint for my eyebrows and eyelashes, i am doing it from almost 6 years (as my total stay in hongkong). I like the other services very much also. The place called SPA BPZ and no is 25241272.
