I was accused of indecent assault in MTR and it was an accident but the Chinese lady didn't believe.And there were no eye witnesses also. The police said to come after 1 month and now its already 1 month i went to police and they said that they have given all the small evidence to Gov of Justice and give me 1 more month to wait. Im just afraid if they will only listen to the girl and not me.

you should definitely get your statement down in writing (preferably in Chinese and English if possible) and demand that they take it into evidence. I'm afraid (judging by your name and this being Hong Kong) you will not likely get a fair chance to defend yourself (unless of course your father is an Appeal Court justice)...you may want to look at getting legal help.
