Two-way mirror glass

Because of my kitchen's close proximity to my neighbor's kitchen (across the way from mine), I am giving thought to having one-way mirror glass installed in my kitchen windows.

The sun doesn't shine directly on my kitchen, so I don't have to worry about blinding my neighbor's across the way. The only downside I can see by having such a glass is that it takes a bit of light away from the inside of my kitchen and, apparently I have to be extra careful when cleaning this type of glass since the coating, which creates the mirrored effect, can easily be scratched.

Does anyone have this type of glass? Can you recommend it or not? Thank you for any suggestions you may have to offer

I think there's a kind of sticker that you can put on the glass with the same effect instead of having the real glass changed?

TY wildcharming. I am aware of the mirrored film. I believe it's a 3M film. However, the problem with this film is that it apparently starts looking bad after a few years. I'm interested in knowing if the same holds true with the 2-way mirror glass or, if there is any other obvious problem I am overlooking.
