Hi,


Could you please tell me when people can play piano (what hours) during the day and weekend...because I am becoming crazy with the noise in my buiding!

Yes I did, but they say that they can play piano from 7am to 11pm...is it true?

I read on this website that they can only play from 12pm to 9 pm..so which one is true? and where can I find it on internet (related to piano)

and it does not explain really what the article 5 means.

Thank you very much!


We talked to them and tried to find a solution, but they don't want to compromise. We agreed to not complain if they were playing piano from 8am to 8 pm everyday (excluding sunday and bank holiday)...but they told us that it was not enought for them and that they wanted to be able to play until 10pm!


Since they are not reasonable, we are going to contact the landlord (which is the same than us....) hopefully, he will do something.
