Has anyone heard , visited or live in this new complex? I am now doing some surfing on the net from Switzerland and I have just come across this new residence. It looks very nice and in our budget. My only concern is at it seems to be new: will it fill up quickly or are we going to end up alone there with our 2 kids.
I also want to visit other places like the Belcher's , Baquio Villa and Victoria Garden. But while sitting in Switzerland , the Sail at Victoria looks very very nice!

My suggestion is not to move on anything until you have been here a couple of weeks. There is no way to form an accurate impression from abroad.
Stay in a serviced apartment at least 3-4 weeks and go look at the place.
As for filling up quickly, I wouldn't worry about it. There are plenty of nice buildings in HK. Don't get rushed into a transaction you may regret.

Thanks for the advice. This is exactly what we are doing. We are moving to a serviced apartment for a month. But I want to start searching now and make appointment with agencies frnow so that we can start viewing as soon as we land there and not waste time.Plus my husband is already there so he can also check the place ahead based on my suggestions.
