Which Appartment Building is the Best?

I have narrowed my choice down to the following;The Grand Promende, The Orchards, Les Saisons and Casa 880. Can anyone please advise which is the best building from a childrens perspective, space, facilities etc, all of these are near Quarry bay so they have been picked for ease of travel and budget of around 30,000 HKD.

Feedback appreciated on which one to ultimately choose !!!

Sure Cara, I am heading out week of the 20th June to take a proper look so just wanted to get a feel of peoples views beforehand to see what worked or may not have worked for them or ideally what to keep an eye out for ! Hope you're well by the way.

Grand Promenade and Les Saisons are both harborside so you can get flats with nice views, and they're both a short walk to Quarry Bay Park along the waterfront, past some okay restaurants in Soho East, ...the other two are buried among a mass of concrete, so outside of the building, not very child friendly (King's Road is very busy and sidewalks are crowded.)


Orchards is close to Quarry Bay Public Library, and has an outdoor pool (not sure about other facilities) also close to Mount Parker Road, a really nice uphill hike on a paved road (great for stroller hiking)


I know nothing about Casa 880, except its the newest of your four...this would lead me to believe flat are probably smaller than Orchards (the oldest of your four)


I've had a chance to play around in the GP Clubhouse...very big, with tons of stuff for kids AND adults to do and indoor/outdoor pool (Les Saisons has only outdoor).


Personally with small kids, I would lean toward GP for the massive clubhouse and relative isolation from the noise and pollution of King's Road.
