I'll visit soon and want info on the best Japanese kaiten sushi, I do not need fancy ones. Could be expensive, but it has to be really good. Thank you.

If you want good japanese food. I suggest Nobu @ Intercon. They have a harbourview that go with your food.

Hi,
Im new to Hong Kong, but I went to a Japanese Restaurant called Gyotaku in Central. Small and food was great. They had some interesting creative maki rolls which i loved, and the fish was very fresh. Got a free tasting of their house plum sake too. Would definitely recommend this place.

If you are talking about top class but not fancy ones, for me there are two. Sushi Sumi in Happy Valley and Sushi Toku in TST. Authentic high class Japanese. There are two Japanese master chefs in Sumi which is not so common.

HK is extreme, either too fancy or sorry. I will try Sushi Toku, read a nice review about it. Very often in HK for medical treatment, a nice lunch is a treat to myself.
