Urgent...police case

I was visited by CID last night @ 1 AM, they were claming that we came so many times in day none opened the door so we came for a night visit. Most of the time i am at home and no body came, i know they were laying.


ok so they came looking for my sister (whoes name isn't in out tendency agreement) regarding a theft case which the bank filed aginst my brother (his name is in the tendency agreement), as my brother was trying to withdrow the money from my sister's account about 9 years ago. Ok the police has come a few times before and they couldn't find my bro here, in our house. Also my sister doesn't want to continue this case.


Now after 9 years (when i got married and only i am satying here with my husband) they are still coming and bothering me.


The CID didn't have any Search warrent and when i told them that i will file a case aginst them (the CID), they (CID) got angry and started shouting at me so angrily.


As they have come to know that i am staying here they might come again, so what can i do that the police doesn't come to visit me again? if my sister goes to the ploice station and tell them that she doesn't want to carry on this case (it was filed by the bank) will it help?


I have tried to transfer to another flat (we are living in public housing) but to no vail the housing officer doesn't let us move, but if i tell them that the police bothers me will they let me transfer.

do you think my sister should go to the police station and wite this letter or shall we not do anything until the police comes again?


where can we complaint against harassment of these police officers?

the police said that they will not come again but can i be sure?


shall i make a police report that they wont come again?
