Does anyone know if the races at Happy Valley on Wednesdays still run during a T3? I checked the Jockey Club website, the Happy Valley racecourse website, and the Observatory website and found nothing, although the HKJC website said the betting will go on even if there is a black rain warning or T8. Unfortunately that's not what I'm looking for.

In short, are there races this evening?
