I am in a spot of legal bother. ...advice appreciated..
I'm at the beginning of a dispute about water supplies and private land use in my building.
I am the landlord with legal ownership of my roof areas which currently has communal piping on it. I am about to begin a legal dispute with a fellow landlord.
Does anyone have a recommendation to a good lawyer for building management issues?

From what you have said the communial piping is on you roof then all in that community should have access to the communial piping for maintenance.
