Hi there,
My daughter turned 10 this year. 3 to 4 months ago I noticed bud of breast on the left, but the right side shows no signs, it's completely flat. Is this normal? She keeps asking me as to why is only one side growing.

Unless the difference in size is excessive, I wouldn't worry about it. It is perfectly normal for one breast to be up to a year "behind" the other, and the unevenness may not disappear until they are almost fully grown. Give it time.
By the way, quite a few adult women have visibly asymmetrical breasts.
