computer virus... need help!

i have a virus on my computer that cant be removed by mcafee. can anyone recommend any computer shops/technicians where i can take it to be fixed on the island. i was thinking of the computer centre in wanchai but there are so many shops inside i wouldnt know where to start!

if you know the name of the virus you have there are various tools online which you can use the eradicate the virus. In the end that is all the shop will do. I hate Mcafee and all the others too, money for nothing. Better going for a freebie, try 'Avast' and see what happens. Never had a problem so far and it updates itself twice a day. Much better than Symantec and Mcafee in my humble opinion and far less intrusive.

That's great. I will give them all a go. Macafee tech said he thought my login folders were corrupted because of virus and he couldn't help. said I should return the computer to the manufacturer!! How silly!! Thanks again for the info.
