Questions about Bel Air Pok fu lam

Which is the phase with the lap pool and is it 25m? I noticed some of the pools are funny shaped and not good for laps.


Is the lap pool really crowded between 7 and 8am if I want to go down and do an hour of laps?


Which is the phase with the supermarket?


I heard some of the building materials used may have caused some people to have allergies. Is this true and if so, which phase?


I heard phase 1 and 2 are hot in the afternoon because of the sun.


Is the Bel Air shuttle bus really crowded in the morning between 8 and 9am on mon to fridays so not that great for commuting?


How many minutes to walk to the public bus stop from Bel Air? How long are you generally standing before you can a bus? Every 5/10 minutes?

AFAIK there is no supermarket in Bel-Air itself. There is an International in the Cyberport Arcade close by.


All the Phases get hot. They're all in the sun and have nice big windows. Not limited to Phases 1 and 2. However I would guess some of Bel-Air on the Peak is slightly shielded due to orientation.
