A new Nigerian Scammer is about, is utilising the user name: DOLLY

Could the Mods ban this name please.


Dolly's new scam email address is :

ponpayuha kongsuk

You have been warned and this is a Scam name with person wanting personal bank account details, PAYPAL.


I've asked him to pay via Western Union - hopefully that will put him off.


YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

If the scammer is reported by email we will immediately ban them.... if you post here it might take half a day for us to pick up the note... and keep in mind, most people using the classifieds are not looking at this forum...

Dear All,

First I was not sure how to get this scammer banned.


Secondly, having read a few posts, the scammer has been on these boards for a while using different names - which begs the question how he can register so easy from Nigeria - surely his IP address can be banned to stop it all once and for all.


Further, this guys syntax under whatever alias he's using is the same - hence, his posts to users needs publicly airing.


To say this chap is an 'idiot' is an understatement, to fall for the scam beggars belief.


Asia ExpAt needs to ban IP addresses though and not user names - until this happens, we are all are risk from fraudsters like this.

As indicated on the classifieds and all inboxes - please email us if you receive a request to pay by Paypal.


Banning IP addresses will not work because IP addresses are dynamic.

uses the following names, address, and messages from "Royal Bank Online Transfer" to rip me off.

After I shipped the item, the bank sent emails ask for money to complete the minimum transfer. Then, I know it was a fraud.
