Hi everyone, is it true that all mid class kids must take piano, ballet lessons etc to increase their chances of being accepted into a good school in hk?
Do expats kids take extra curriculum lessons in order to be competitive in getting into an international school?

Hi sassycherrie,
To some extent, kids in HK are as busy as their parents(no idea if this happens in other countries)! From my experience, every kid has 2 to 3 or even more interest/academic classes to join.
For kindergarten's interview, I think what classes the kids are attending don't play an important part for being accepted because no big achivements were made(they are small). Instead, the behaviour of kids during interview counts a lot.
