Do consumers in HKG not have the right to a 7 day full money back

I bought a champion juicer from CWB and noticed the blade of juicer makes contact with the body part of juicer, causing fairly deep marks, apparently this is normal, even manufacturer, who were contacted confirmed this, whether it is or not, l know it can't be safe and I want a full refund. It is unused

but anyways the shop effectively said they wont give me a full refund:

"I can propose to trade in your unit as an used juicer for reselling in the shop. You can pack the unit including all the accessories and bring to our shop. Then we can negotiate a best price for you if you have kept all the packaging too."

ultimately they said:"We feel sorry to tell you that our company did not provide any refund policy as stated on the back of the receipt."

don't we have a right to seven days to make a decision to take or return the product for a full refund and the shops policy can't override law of HKG?

please let me know asap since I got the juicer on 16th July.

cheers
