We just moved here from US and are looking for a place in KT or Western district in the 40-50K range. Would love to live walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and amenities for kids - any advice?

yes, we have seen a couple places at Belcher's and Manhattan heights, have not seen inside Merton yet. Looking for some potentially less obvious choices we may have missed.
