Had this done in Luohu Commercial Centre in Shenzhen by an artist on the 4th floor - he did an incredible job. Took one month.

Mr. Chen of BlueBird Art. 4th floor of Luohu Commercial Centre - his little shop is in the center aisle and near the Jian Fu Massage. Last email address I have for him is mingfengme@yahoo.com.cn - hopefully still works.
I emailed him the picture and he quoted by email.
You can also try an artist in Dafen Village - probably cheaper than Mr. Chen but my friends and I have purchased a few paintings from him and have always been satisfied. Good luck!
