I agree ecareken 110% . It shocks me that people refuse to go there 'coz of a notion of being "unsafe" ...? ? ? Fights between Pakistanis and Indians and triad members years ago have no bearing today and it is a wonderful experience now for first timers to wonder thru experiencing African , Indian and local stores and all the food cafes and restaurants . A real melting pot of cultures and a meeting place for budget world travellers from every corner . Ed posted a great factual piece worth reading ..

actually everything i have been reading from WKT is correct. the person shows an insight in HK and it deceitful filthy life of a city. the person is not stupid PC and rightly so. bring it on and say more. dispute the idiotic posters here with the oh so touchy touchy feeling PC BS. this cesspit should be exposed for all it is worth, greedy filthy place full of low lifes mostly.

I just met a psycho mom at my child's school saying how not racist she is and yet she honestly thinks she is better than people from SEA because she is of Chinese descent born and raised in Singapore and has a Caucasian husband. She sounded exactly like hktruewoman.

I just asked my helper to buy me a large amount of papers. I didn't hit to the ATM and we live in the middle of nowhere. I was a bit worried she was not given enough money as I want her to take a cab home. She then offer to bring her own money so she buys exactly what I need. So there you go! Stop judging!! One of my colleuages is American born Indian and she is one of the nicest person I have ever met!

There are good and bad people of every race!
