I wonder that if your kid almost crash to somebody when jumping into the water, will you let your kid do it again?

If the people ask your girl to stop jumping, will you yell at them to shut up?

some private pools do have rules forbidding jumping into the water (mine does). If this is the case, I would tell my kids to stop jumping. Swimming pools are potentially dangerous places. I prefer that my kids abide by the rules and respect and listen to the lifeguards, etc.
If there are no such rules, then I fully support encouraging kids to jump into the water, but only after checking to avoid other swimmers. It's not only great fun, but encourages kids to overcome their fear of being submerged in water, etc.
Of course, kids should still be supervised for their safety... I guess that goes without saying.

So both of you are well-educated parents, as I met a family and their son crashed on the old man's head and the swimmers asked them to stop jumping into the water, but his father yelled "shut up!"

The old man was fine and other swimmers also asked him to stop, I complained to the management office and they posted a notice everywhere.
