I am a 50 year old teacher in Tokwawan. I have a full schedule but I want to do some simple weight training to firm my upper body and remove a little excess fat. Does anyone know of a gym or weightlifting center in this area?
Or any other suggestions for me?

We live at Celestial Heights, and the nearest gym I know of is California Fitness at Whampoa. Its less than 10 minutes to get there from here. Whampoa also has a free shuttle bus that comes near here everyday. Hope this helps!
