I will soon be moving to Shanghai & stay there 2 weeks a month.

Any cheap alternative for HK mobile call to be forwarded to a local China mobile phone number?

I cannot afford roaming....

I use New World's international call forwarding. They give you a HK number which you forward to any overseas number and you don't pay the roaming, but a small charge per minute.
