Hi there
Is anyone headed to Club Med for CNY? Im invetigating the best way to get from Sapporo Airport to the resort. I will be travelling with a 5 and 7 year old.
I have investigated the train, but Im a little unsure about the difficulties of having luggage.
The transfer via coach that Club Med offers is 5000 HKD for the three of us, round trip.
I can get a private hire mini van for 4000 HKD one way, for the entire vehicle.
Any advice on how hard the train is to negotiate with luggage plus only one adult?
Or is there anyone else travelling on the same dates as me (24/1 out; 31/1 return) who wants to share the mini-van?

I always get the bus to resorts in Hokkaido. they are very luxurious and are situated just outside the arrival gate and are timed for flights arriving. Other methods of transport in Hokkaido will require some Japanese skills and bear in mind it will be very cold so you don't want to be moving luggage around train platforms.

hey, may be you can consider the White Liner? I got that bus to Niseko last year and it is excellent, a lot more comfortable than train.
Btw, I will be going to 3 Valleys, France to ski this coming CNY as I am still concerned about the food in Japan... actually the price do not differ much.. but should be a lot more interesting :) looking forward
