hi, looking for a small gym around north point up to casuway bay

Dont wont fitness first or pure as to expensive

LCSD fitness rooms - clean, new equipment, free weights, cheap ($17)

You first have to do the 'training course' of about 3 hours. It books out really fast so we just waited at the fitness room prior to the booked out training course and they let us replace the 'no show' bookings.

Easy peasy.
