looking for housing/office in Ma On Shan/Shek Mun

We are looking for permanent housing (1 year lease) on a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in the New Territories. We are also looking for a small office space nearby our home.

Area: Shek Mun, City One, Sha Tin, Fo Tan

Size: 400-800 square feet.

Should have floor and ceiling + window.

Price: Less than $16/sq ft


Home Apartment Rent

Area: Ma On Shan, Tai Shui Hang, Heng On, Ma Liu Shui, Fo Tan.

Size: Two or Three Bedrooms.

We are looking for an apartment that is close to a park or natural environment that is good for running/biking outside. Furniture included is best, but we are also interested in empty space too.

Price: Less than $16,000
