I am being harrassed by someone who provides professional adminsitration services for a a BVI company I own. The adminsitration company is ased in Hong Kong. He refuses to negotiate and has only recenly given details where he has charged for time at excessive rates. I have two questions
1. Does anyone know a good lawyer who can give me simple and inexpensive advice about how to contest the bills and to deal with possible court action taken by this man.
2. Is there a body that supervises company administrators in Hong Kong, distinct from lawyers
Any thoughts would be most appreciated
