I'm looking to take a holiday in Boracay over Easter and have heard the nightmare stories about the transfer in Manila (Hong Kong-Manila-Caticlan) on Philippine Airlines. Is Cebu Pacific a better option? If I do take PAL is 3 hours sufficient?

I was travelling there from HK with www.go-package.com arranging the transfer and there was nothing wrong. all you need to is get a drvie from int airport to local one which takes 30 min or so. the flight was philipine airlines and then seair.
