Does anyone have any knowledge on this area as I am going through an extremely hard time both emotionally and financially. I am thinking of giving up my child for a while until I can try and sort things out. Naturally this is a tough decision and one I haven't made but some days there just doesn't seem to be an alternative solution.

I'm so sorry you are having such a difficult time. Why don't you try contacting the Hong Kong Social Welfare Department and seeing if they can offer any assistance.
