Has anyone bought good quality contemporary furniture (sofas, TV tables) or had modern designs copied in the Zhuhai area? When I say Zhuhai, I mean I'll be getting the ferry there.....but it could be any of the cities near there.

Not in Zuhai but very near. I cannot confirm if these designs are outside their copyright period, but most of the 40-50 or even 60's design are fair game for replicating IMHO AFAIK.
