Weekend on Lamma Island

Since all the relevant threads are over 200 days old or 2000 days old for that matter, I'm creating a new one here:


We're planning a weekend on Lamma Island and would like to stay at one of those "holiday inns" (渡假屋) near the ferry. Would appreciate any leads for such. And welcome any personal experience with regard to dos and don'ts. Cheers.

Staying at the Lamma Bali hotel. 2 Bedrooms and a little run down but it actually seems a little better than the other places. Paying 750HK/night and will stay for a couple days during the week where it will drop to 350HKD/night.


Hot water machines started spuing water all over the floor...but its not an adventure without issues.
