My baby was born here and has her British passport. She is entitled to HK ID and passport but we have not yet applied for these.
We will need to make an urgent trip next week. Does anyone know whether it will be ok for her to leave HK using her British passport and HK birth certificate?
Also, my partner and I are not married, but my baby has my partner's surname. I will be travelling alone with her. Are there any other documents I will need for our travel?

I would check with the British Embassy in Hk, you may need to get a witnessed and signed paper by the father to say the baby is Ok to travel with you, with your surnames being different.
