As the report implied, the truth of the mater is that for most Chinese, holding a foreign passport is a matter of convenience rather than allegiance. The Chinese are the most pragmatic people I've known. I'll leave the question of the poll's scientificness to the experts.
Or maybe the "Canadians" are disappearing b/c the French are coming?
