Cantonese Dilemma for our kids

I would like our two kids to speak and write fluent Cantonese (they are chinese, we are westerners) but I prefer that they be schooled in a western int'l school (more laid back approach). How can I do this - I've thought about private Cantonese tutoring each day ... or is there a school in HK that does 50-50 Cantonese and English? Is this impossible to do?

I don't think Hong Kong does 'laid back'. You either go for it or opt out by going through the international system (which is essentially an expensive network of schools for people who don't intend to stay in HK).
