Can't send photos from computer

Hi Guys,

The other day someone came and fixed our computer, it was going REAL slow. It's back to it's normal speed now but I tried to send a photo and this popped up:

"Either there is no mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Office Outlook and set it as the default mail client."

I managed (with my limited computer knowledge) to find Microsoft Office Outlook (quite proud of myself), but er...what do I do next?

Thanks Mickey Dance. I'm going to get the guy back to fix it seeing as how he stuffed it up. Very frustrating!
