I know Marks & Spencer stock a very limited selection of wine here but they used to sell alcohol-free red, white and rose in the UK so if you haven't tried them it could be worth a quick look. And ask other wine merchants to bring in some - who knows, they might listen.
I wonder if it were more available here it could become popular. HK's a major wine hub yet I understand that genetically many Chinese people can't physiologically cope with alcohol, so I should imagine it would be a useful addition to soft drinks at dinners and wedding banquets, if only for the toast and a little bit of (not red) face?
