Wake up call for many of us parents. It is so easy to get sucked in to all this.

I do feel it is such a relief when I go on a trip and I turn off my smartphone

for the whole trip. No phone calls. No emails. No internet.

Feels great. Will remind myself this article. well written.

Mobile phones exert so much radiation too... Best not to have kids use them too much for games..etc.
