has anyone got any advice on the ESF schools Glenealy Vs Quarry Bay? I understand that ESF schools are based on the area you live. However, for a new comer to HK who can choose the are they want to live according to the schools, what will be the recommendation be. I would love to hear from you so i can share it with my friend.

I'd say the major difference will be in the rent you pay. Rent in the net area for Glenealy is more than that for QBS. Also, consider where you'll be working... I don't know your background, but - considering the site we're on - probably worth mentioning that Eastern district has significantly fewer expats, but still plenty...Both schools are excellent. If you are not Chinese, you'll have a slightly higher chance of getting into QBS than Glenealy for Year 1...
