commercial kitchen

Does anyone know of a commercial kitchen, ideally on HK island? I'm looking for a small to medium sized place where I can give the cooks / chefs a recipe and have them cook on en masse for a party of about 50 people + ? Kowloon side is also acceptable.

Hi, ADK89， How many bodies are you looking to put into that kitchen ? How many stoves / ovens will you need ? and for how long ? and I assume you're cooking western ? Are you going to bring all your pots and pans and utensils ? or you need to borrow them, too ?


I think most professional kitchens, especially the hotels, are not gonna be too keen on such an arrangement... but you might have a better chance renting with the places that teach cooking... from the big Chinese cuisine institute at Pokfulam, to Town Gas in Causeway Bay, to the miriads of cake-baking "schools" in office buildings all over Hong Kong and Kowloon... though the latter tend to be small and might not fit all of your people...
