Anyone live in Avignon, Gold Coast?

Hi There,


We are moving to "Avignon". It is located 1 Kwun Chui Road, So Kwun Wat, Tuen Mun. This is about 5-10 min away from Gold Coast plaza.


Would like to check with you how it likes to live in that area? Transportation ? etc

Any comment are more than welcome.

Thank you for contacting Community Advice Bureau. We do not he anything specific on our database re Avignon, but I do know the area Gold Coast. Buses from Tuen Mun to Central are 960 and 961, and go every l0-15 mins. and take about 30 mins. The environment there has much cleaner air than say mid-levels, central, and the beaches are clean. There is a butterfly farm, and other local sites which are interesting,and many expatriates are now living in this area, where the cost of living is less. I suggest you contact some property companies, Savills, CBRE, Jones Laing La Lascelles, First Pacific Davies, and read all local magazines, Square Foot, etc. I hope you enjoy your stay in Hong Kong.
