Arrest warrant was given by Singapore supreme court because he was a contempt of court (ignored judge orders like even simple thing like : return children passport - when he left us behind. canceled all of our depending Visa too. For the passport, I had to go to Japanese embassy & unlike US Embassy Japanese embassy helped them. ).

He ran off to Texas where we have never Been. I was so shocked... but soon or later I found out why. Because he asked to change the Jurisdiction to texan. " TEXAS is the most cheapest place for man to get DIVORCED" He is claiming to Singapore court that is an American man therefore dose not need to follow them.

Ever Since He has not paid any single cents for us. I had to work and have been supporting children for over 3 years.

Of course, later on he filed divorce in Texas without my signature. 2010 he moved to Hongkong. I can not even believe Big American company like Citi group can hire a man like that . Easy to say " Hire a lawyer" but my ( Ex) husband is not easy. He will pick and choose what he wants from whichever countries. He thinks he is a judge. But I really need help for child support.

I am sorry to hear that your ex had done this to you...if you know where he works, I wonder whether you should contact/write to their head of human resources dept to advise them with a copy of the court order from Singapore ? while the company HR may not do anything, but I think they would at least noted on his HR file re: his character especially if he works in a bank ?? or at least call to his attention that he needs to sort out his financial affairs, which should embrasses him...I hope he is not an abusive person though as he may get very upset as a result....

VintageChanel, personally I do not think that is a good advice, the OP wants to get child support not to get even, if the ex resign or lose his job due to OP's action, he can blame her and all the more reason he can't pay child support... and what are the odds that the company would even want to meddle with their employees' personal life... as long as the employee is contributing to the interest of the firm, what he does with his personal life and financial matter is not their concern
