I am looking to buy a Bouillon Strainer (Stainless) for straining yogurt to make them thicker. Do you know where I can pick up pick up one in HK? Possibly not paying silly price.

Check out the section of Shanghai Street just south of Waterloo Road... MTR Yau Ma Tei Station exit B2 and cross Waterloo to the other side...

It's somewhat chaotic but it has most everything professional kitchens need... Take your time browsing and you'll prob find other interesting and useful tools as well...

Most of the stuff are of reasonable prices... because local restaurants buy from them, too...
