HI, do you think I can mix the baby jar food with the plain rice congee?..

I wouldn't mix congee with jarred baby food, it has very little nutritional value and it's low in calories. Babies shouldn't be on a diet! Although jarred food isn't as good as cooking your own vegetable, fruits etc I'm sure the baby food companies would be preparing the food under strict guidelines.
