Any direct bus from TST to Kowloon Tong?

Moving to Kowloon Tong. Office will be in TST (Silvercord). Am searching the minibus and double-decker bus sites searching for a direct route but cannot find any? Does anyone have info on this? I avoid MTR....too darn crowded and long walk from TST station to my office. Much prefer to stay above ground and take bus. Thanks for any ideas.

The no.7 (KMB) to Lok Fu should get you from TST to Kowloon Tong. It starts at Star Ferry but there is also a stop outside the mosque on Nathan Road where you can catch it from. It stops at various places in Kowloon Tong.
